Since September 2017, I (and my family) know Vince. In September 2017, he helped us to rent a place. The best rental - so far. In October 2018, he helped us to buy a house. He understood what we need. I am a very skeptical buyer. He was very patient and helpful throughout the selection and closing process. Every single suggestion he made was proven to be correct. You can trust him if he says the house is in good shape. If you are like me, feel free to share your confusions and concerns with him and he will explain it. He understands the structural health of the house. Vince made sure all the home appliances are in sound condition. Last but not least, I consider buying a house as an investment. Vince helped me out to understand which house would be a good investment. Also, he helped me with inspection, radon test, duct cleaning and so on. He called me three times to check if we could move to the new home safely. Thank you Vince. I would definitely recommend Vince.

I contacted 3 local offices and first came a blue sky market analysis from a pair of home flipping realtors with their own contractors to use but not until their own house was finished in 6-8 weeks, the next agent said "save time/money and don't do anything at all because builders will want it as a knockdown" and then Vince came back with a contractor and different suggestions of what specifically could/ should be done, why and with estimated costs (considerably less than expected) on the spot. Down to the exact shade of paint, Vince became my trusted advisor and realtor on the spot. I didn't live near the house, was caring for a very ill member daily and Vince took care of everything and I mean everything! An excellent appliance contact? Check! Overseeing contractors and progress? Check! Incredible communication? Check! Marketing, staging, interactive technology, open houses, and intelligent insight when this Covid-19 pandemic began? Check! Personally, picking up little detailed materials and services and payout of his own pocket when I wasn't able? Check/double check!!! Vince has earned my respect as a family man, Veteran (Thank You for your service Sir!), and exceeding my expectations. Vince handled both buying and selling a home for me. On the buying side, Vince helped me articulate what I was looking for and once we placed an offer, he answered all of my questions throughout the closing process.
