From the beginning, your instincts about how to market the condo, how to prep it (including your excellent choice of contractors), and what to expect in the way of offers were spot on! Your guidance through this whole process was also appreciated, especially given the circumstances surrounding the sale (as well as the fact that neither of us lives in Arlington Heights or is particularly savvy about real estate).
