My wife and I have known Sandy Mueller for over a decade as we live in the same neighborhood.  However, our reason for choosing Sandy was not based on friendship, it was based on her vast knowledge of the housing market in our area and her skills as an agent.  From our first consultation where we discussed marketing strategy, price, comparable houses, and overall how to get the best price, we were convinced that Sandy was the person for the job.  The staging of our home, the quality of the pictures, the broker tour, the open houses and showings were more than we expected.  Sandy is aggressive yet tactful and knew what to do and when to do it.  We are grateful for her help and would recommend her for anyone looking to move to or from our area.
