Sandy did an awesome job selling my town home. She is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. She was always available to answer any questions I had, and I had a lot, by phone, text or email. She helped get the house ready to sell with staging recommendations and great photos to post online. Her team of associates was also accessible when needed. She will make recommendations for all the different people you may need for your sale. I highly recommend using the people she knows and has worked with for many years for a quick and stress-free sale. I believe because of her professionalism and concern for details, we received an offer within 24 hours of posting online and closed in about 3 weeks.
