Vince Dante was our realtor in the sale of our home and purchase of our new home. With all that's going on right now I was a little worried. Things are unpredictable however everything went wonderful. Vince is a professional that gets the job done. On the buying side, Vince helped me articulate what I was looking for and once we placed an offer, he answered all of my questions throughout the closing process. On the selling side, he made several recommendations for inexpensive updates/repairs that led to a full list price offer after only two days on the market.
