He was thorough, kind, patient, and very responsive with every question we threw at him. Both the loan officer and attorney he referred us to also took great care of us. My fianc? and I purchased a condo and the process was made easy all because of Vince. From day one, Vince was easy to work with and was always willing to answer any question we had. We were comfortable with him and trusted him entirely. Vince has a vast knowledge and was able to handle all issues we had with a difficult seller. As first time buyers, Vince took all the stress out of the home buying process. There were times where Vince would email us late in the night with updates. He is someone who is always working for you. Vince treated us like we were his only clients. He is the only agent we will use in the future. More importantly, Vince is a great person who is honest and respectful. As this was our first time purchasing a property, we were so lucky to have Vince helping us. Since September 2017, I (and my family) know Vince. In September 2017, he helped us to rent a place. The best rental - so far. In October 2018, he helped us to buy a house. He understood what we need. I am a very skeptical buyer. He was very patient and helpful throughout the selection and closing process. Every single suggestion he made was proven to be correct. You can trust him if he says the house is in good shape. If you are like me, feel free to share your confusions and concerns with him and he will explain it. He understands the structural health of the house. Vince made sure all the home appliances are in sound condition. Last but not least, I consider buying a house as an investment. Vince helped me out to understand which house would be a good investment. Also, he helped me with inspection, radon test, duct cleaning and so on. He called me three times to check if we could move to the new home safely. Thank you Vince. I would definitely recommend Vince.

1st class all the way. Vince was informative, friendly and accommodating. We had already talked to one major Realty company before meeting with Vince, they had emphatically suggested that we list for $15k less than Vince sold the home for.Highly recommend!
