Vince was wonderful! As a first time home buyer, it was such a relief to work with him because he was very honest and practical. I was able to trust him to guide me in buying my house. He responded immediately to all emails/texts/calls. I would recommend him to anyone, but particularly first time home buyers because he explained each step and pointed out both good and bad points of each house we viewed, which was awesome because I would have missed several things because I didn't know to look for them.

My fiancee and I were in the market for our first home. We had met a few agents prior and saw some homes that did not meet our preference. When we met Vince, it was a perfect match! Vince truly is great at his job. Vince cares about his clients and represents them with all the energy and integrity one should be represented. While our process had many ups and downs, the one constant we relied on was Vince. And he delivered every time for us. If you are nervous, anxious, or frustrated, Vince is your moral compass throughout the process. I always felt okay when Vince was by our side advocating and fighting for us. If it wasn't for Vince, we wouldn't be in our dream home. Thanks Vince!

My first dealings with Vince was in 2018 he helped us purchase a short sale. Usually those don't go well however mine did. Two years later he helped us sell that condo and we sold in less than 2 months and made a 35k profit. At the same time we listed another unit on the 4 th floor and sold that in less than 2 months as well. Vince was our agent in the purchase of our home and everything went smooth. Purchasing and selling are very stressful, many times I expressed my worries to Vince and he was always a calming force. Reassuring me , and helping make all these transitions. Not only is he a great realtor but I found out during inspections that he was a builder and knows in great detail everything about air conditioners, electrical codes, etc. If you want to sell and or buy property Vince is your guy. Many of the units in my building take up to 6months plus to sell. He sold 2 units in less than 2 months. Outstanding Realtor!!!!

Vince along with Sandy Mueller helped us through a sale involving a long-distance move combined with a slow market. Their helped us in prepping the house for sale, marketing it, babysitting the property as we relocated and getting to a quick close.They advised us on which preparation steps would give us the best bang for the buck, including bringing in a color advisor for interior paint schemes. They provided skilled contractors to accomplish the work. And they worked with us to set an appropriate price.They went the extra mile in keeping track of things at the house as we travelled out and settled into the new house in the Pacific Northwest. Besides using the realtor private network to alert their peers on the upcoming property, when the house hit the market, there were 14 views in 2 weeks. Two of those resulted in offers with which we accepted one.We were very pleased with their professionalism and support to us before and during the sale. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

What else can I say about Vince, he is very knowledgeable and professional at what he does, the first house that we looked at he was there before me looking at the appliances, water tank, heating and air and foundation and he did that with all the houses, its hard to find a person like Vince who takes his job seriously. I just don't consider him as my realtor I consider him as a personal friend and family, he goes way beyond and out of his way to get it done.. Thanks Vince for everything.....

Buying a home for the first time can be overwhelming but Vince made the process enjoyable and he truly looks out for his clients. He is responsive, cares about what he is showing to his clients, and wants what is best for his clients. I would recommend Vince to everyone I know wanting to sell or buy a home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience working with him. He is extremely knowledgeable about homes, the build of the home, and the steps to own a home. I cannot day enough positive things about my experience working with Vince!
