Vince Dante has been a terrific agent who literally walked my wife and I through the entire home sale and purchase process. We are a couple seeking a change in life style as we began the journey of selling our home of 28 years and finding a new one. Vince asked all of the appropriate questions to determine what we were looking for as well as what should be done to our existing home to prepare it for sale. He had a solid understanding of the market value of homes in our neighborhood and priced our property to sell at a price point that was fair yet satisfied our expectations. Along the way, we had several questions and concerns regarding a host of issues, and Vince patiently and professionally answered every one of them. On the buying end, Vince provided numerous listings within the area we designated as desirable, and was readily available to provide us with a showing. Because of Vince's professional knowledge and dedication to our needs, our existing home sold at our asking price within 24 hours of the initial listing. Vince also was able to arrange a contingency plan with the sellers of our new home so that we could close on both properties on the same day. Vince's demeanor, guidance, knowledge and professionalism was invaluable in helping us work through what can sometimes be a stressful process. He provided us with answers for every circumstance that arose along the way, which resulted in a very positive outcome for us.
