Vince and Sandy did a phenomenal job selling our house! They took the extra time to dig into the history and find old photos and info to really sell the historic importance of the home. They kept us calm and focused as we waited on the right buyer. Happy to say we found that buyer and couldn't be happier with the result. We really enjoyed working with Vince and Sandy. Vince along with Sandy Mueller helped us through a sale involving a long-distance move combined with a slow market. Their helped us in prepping the house for sale, marketing it, babysitting the property as we relocated and getting to a quick close. They advised us on which preparation steps would give us the best bang for the buck, including bringing in a color advisor for interior paint schemes. They provided skilled contractors to accomplish the work. And they worked with us to set an appropriate price. They went the extra mile in keeping track of things at the house as we travelled out and settled into the new house in the Pacific Northwest. Besides using the realtor private network to alert their peers on the upcoming property, when the house hit the market, there were 14 views in 2 weeks. Two of those resulted in offers with which we accepted one. We were very pleased with their professionalism and support to us before and during the sale. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

My experience was an AWESOME EXPERIENCE. When I first spoke with Mrs lilian wilson, I wasn't were I needed to be with my credit. I was placed in a program by Mrs lilian to repair my credit. Bottom line, Vince goes above and beyond.Our experience was trying - multiple offers, multiple turndowns, and even a rescinded offer on our part. Buying our first home in the 2022 market came with a lot of anxiety, and that translated into us wanting to make quick, sometimes poor decisions whenever we found a home we liked. Throughout all of this, Vince was the voice of reason, and we ended up making a better decision because of it.Speed is necessary in today's market, but it can often lead to poor decision making. We went to see a home, made an offer an hour later, then decided to rescind that offer an hour after that, once we had taken a second look and decided it wasn't the right decision. Vince took care of it, rescinded our offer, and did not judge or change his behavior towards us in any way. He did not pressure us into buying, or even question our change of heart, despite the fact that it would have made for a quick and easy commission.Vince is meticulous, and was great to have with us when visiting homes. While we were looking at countertops and showers, Vince was looking at the important things for us, like for evidence of leaks, poor construction, poor maintenance, or poor appliances. His attention to detail and honest feedback about when a property was wrong for us was amazing. It was evident that he truly cares about the happiness of his clients over the long-term.When we had an issue with the home soon after purchase, he came right out to help solve it, despite the fact that he had already collected his commission check and had no obligation to. He has become the first person we contact when we have issues, and always connects us to high-quality professionals to help solve those issues.If you want to make a good choice in a home, you want Vince there to help you through it. Moreover, even after you have moved into that home, Vince will remain a great contact, directing you to great people who can help you improve or repair anything at your new home. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone.
